Will SharkMount Work for My Vacuum?
SharkMount was designed to work with most Shark Vacuums. B, P & W Series will work with all applicable model numbers listed in the product description. The A Series does require that the dust bin have a mounting tab in order to hang the vacuum. See the product page for descriptive pictures.
How do I find my vacuum’s model number?
- On the back of the handheld motor unit.
- Behind the removable battery.
- On the bottom of the floor nozzle (this usually identifies the nozzle, but often includes the vacuum series number).

I Know my series, which model do i need?
The G Models (AG, BG, etc) have three mounting slots for attachment and accessory holders. The M Models (AM, BM, etc) have six slots. Choose your model based on the number of attachments you have and the flexibility you need in mounting location.
My model number has letters like "AMZ," "C," or "H" at the end. Does that change the mount?
No. These are Retailer Suffixes. For example, IZ862H (Retail), IZ862AMZ (Amazon), and IZ862C (Costco) all use the exact same motor body and wand. They belong to the same series and use the same bracket.
Can I use one SharkMount for multiple Shark vacuum models?
Generally, no. While Shark vacuums look similar, the mounting "catch" and wand diameters vary significantly:
- B Series (Stratos) and A Series (Vertex) look nearly identical but have different width catches.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed and manufactured in the USA.
I have a "Powered Lift-Away" upright. Will these cordless mounts work?
No. These brackets are designed strictly for Cordless Stick models. Upright vacuums (like the Rotator or Navigator) are too heavy and have a completely different center of gravity.
